Client Agreement & Liability Release

By booking any session, program, or service with Authentic Self Haven LLC and Noor Albarakati (“Facilitator”), you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. Checking the acknowledgment box during booking constitutes your legal acceptance of this Agreement, which remains valid for all current and future sessions unless updated in writing.

1. Nature and Purpose of Services

Authentic Self Haven LLC provides spiritually guided coaching, emotional-release facilitation, reflective and intuitive sessions designed to support self-awareness, emotional healing, and personal transformation.
These offerings are for educational and spiritual purposes only. They are not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or financial advice, nor a substitute for professional healthcare or counseling.

2. No Medical or Psychological Claims

Noor Albarakati is not a licensed medical, mental health, or financial professional. No diagnosis, prescription, or medical advice is provided.
If you are experiencing any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition, you agree to seek help from a qualified licensed professional.

3. Voluntary Participation & Personal Responsibility

Your participation in all sessions is entirely voluntary. You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after all sessions.
Any insights, guidance, or reflections offered are for personal exploration. All actions or decisions you make based on these sessions are your own responsibility.

4. Confidentiality & Privacy

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law (for example, when there is a risk of harm to self or others).
General, non-identifiable notes may be kept for the purpose of continuity and client support. Your personal details will never be shared or sold.

5. Payment, Booking & Scheduling

· Payment is required at the time of booking.

· Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session fee.

· No refunds are available for completed or missed sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· If a scheduling or technical issue occurs, Authentic Self Haven LLC will work with you in good faith to resolve it promptly.

6. Liability Release

By accepting this Agreement, you release and hold harmless Authentic Self Haven LLC, its owner (Noor Albarakati), and all affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action, known or unknown, arising from your participation in these services.
You understand that no guarantees or specific results are promised, and that your experience is unique to your personal process.

7. Mutual Integrity & Energetic Respect

This collaboration is founded on mutual respect, honesty, and energetic integrity.
Noor Albarakati agrees to hold a compassionate, non-judgmental, and confidential space.
You agree to arrive on time, present, and open, honoring your own energy and the facilitator’s.
If at any point either party feels misaligned, both agree to communicate clearly and respectfully to restore alignment or conclude the collaboration with mutual understanding.

8. Use of Testimonials & Creative Materials

If you voluntarily share feedback or a testimonial, you grant permission for Authentic Self Haven LLC to use your words (in part or in full) for educational or marketing purposes in written, digital, or video formats.
Your name or identifying information will only be shared with your explicit written consent.

9. Ongoing Validity of Agreement

This Agreement remains valid for all future sessions, programs, or packages booked with Authentic Self Haven LLC unless updated. Any updates will be posted on the booking page or communicated via email for your review before new bookings.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

By checking the acknowledgment box during booking, I confirm that:

I have read and understood this Client Agreement & Liability Release.
I voluntarily agree to its terms.
I understand that this agreement applies to all current and future sessions with Authentic Self Haven LLC unless updated in writing.
